Notice of Unclaimed Funds: Jackson County REMC Members Must Act Within 60 Days

Pursuant to its Bylaws and the Statutes of the State of Indiana (I.C.8-1-13-11), Jackson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation hereby places on notice certain individuals that unclaimed balances are being held in their names and if said balances are not duly claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice, the same shall be contributed to the corporation as outlined in its Bylaws.

All inquiries and claims for said balances must include satisfactory identification and shall be presented at the office of Jackson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation at 274 East Base Rd, Brownstown, Indiana 47220 by U.S. Mail or in person during regular working hours (7:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday).
