Blaine A. Hobson, age 64 of Pekin, IN. passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 2:02 am, in Baptist Health Louisville, KY. Born February 20, 1961, in Salem, IN, he was the son of the late Herman Hobson and Lorue Jean (Stewart) Hobson. He had been a life resident of Washington County. He graduated from Eastern High School in 1980. He was retired from Kimball Salem, IN. He also worked at Jeans Extrusions and Colgate. He enjoyed his motorcycles, especially his Harley. He was often known as a motorcycle enthusiast. He also enjoyed his 4-wheelers, tractors, and just being outside.

Survivors include: Brother: Kerry (Regina) Hobson of Pekin, IN; Brother: Jody Hobson of Salem, IN; Brother: Russell (Melissa) Hobson of Pekin, IN; Brother: Darrell (Chuck Candiano) Hobson of Valparaiso, IN; Brother: Phillip (Duane Draper) Hobson of Dallas, Texas; Sister-in-Law Judy Hobson of Columbus, IN; and his Fiancé: Cathy Beams.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister: Linda Jean Hobson, and brother: Roger D. Hobson.

Visitation will be held at Dawalt Funeral Home on Saturday 10/18/2025 at 9:00 AM. Service will begin at 1:00PM with Bro. Randy Albertson officiating.

Interment at Olive Branch Cemetery Pekin, Indiana.
