Jason Andrew Briscoe, age 40 of Pekin, Indiana passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 04:00 pm, in Rainbow Lake near Derby, Indiana.

Born September 25, 1984 in Rapid City, South Dakota, he was the son of Dennis Briscoe and Barbara (Hogan) Briscoe.

Jason had been a life resident of Washington County and was a graduate of Eastern High School, class of 2002. He was a self-employed carpenter and plumber, working construction most of his life.

Survivors include: a son Brady Briscoe of Salem, Father & Stepmother: Dennis (Kimberly) Briscoe of Salem, Mother & Stepfather: Barbara (Cecil) Hortenberry of Pekin, 2 sisters: Michelle (Daniel) Briscoe and Jessica and fiance' (Nick Martin) Briscoe both of Salem. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews.

There will be a Visitation for friends and family, Thursday July 31, from 4 pm to 7 pm at Dawalt Funeral Home.

The Funeral Service will begin at 7:00 pm Thursday at Dawalt Funeral Home.
