Marilyn Ann Keehn

Marilyn Ann Keehn, 93, of Orleans, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Deaconess Memorial Medical Center in Jasper, Indiana.


She was born on June 18, 1932, in Claysville, Indiana, the daughter of Roscoe and Verba (Clements) Thixton.


She married Lawrence Keehn on December 24, 1952, and he preceded her in death.


She was a graduate of Pekin High School, Class of 1950. She had worked at Bata Shoe Company in Salem and retired from Older Americans Kitchen after working there for twenty-one years as a supervisor of the cooks. She was a member of the Orleans Church of Christ.


Marilyn is survived by her children; Larry Keehn of Salem, IN, Gary (Janet) Keehn of Paoli, IN, Keith (Anne) Keehn of Depauw, IN; seven grandchildren; Jessica (Jason) Strauss, Allison (Eric) Zink, Hannah (Daniel) Wydro, Carmen (Gus) Schoenbaechler, Deborah Hortenberry, Linda Savelli, Alyssa Owens; Great-grandchildren; Hudson Strauss, Krayton Strauss, Charlie Zink, Oaklyn Zink and August Schoenbaechler. Several nieces and nephews also survive.


She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, three sisters and one daughter-in-law.


Funeral services will be on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Ochs-Tetrick Funeral Home in Orleans, IN with Pastor Mike Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.


Friends are invited to visitation on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 9:00 AM to service time.
