Mark Standiford, age 66, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Mark Douglas Standiford was born on December 25, 1959, the son of Homer Standiford and Elsie (Bundren) Standiford.

Mark was employed at Graphic Packaging. He attended both Pekin and Borden High Schools. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and tinkering with mechanical things, often fixing broken and discarded things that he often gave away on top of fixing things for family and friends.

He loved his family and enjoyed get togethers. Survivors include his wife, Joy (Lamb) Standiford; two children, Kristy Ott (Craig) and Marc Standiford; two grandchildren, Kalen Ott (McKency) and Kyleigh Bennett (Michael); a great grandson, Michael Bennett IV (nicknamed “Four”) and five siblings, Allen Standiford, Herman Standiford, Bruce Standiford, Barbara Snelling and Martha Caudill.

He was preceded in death by his parents, listed above; and four siblings, Charles, Jerry and Paul Standiford and Betty Temple.

Private graveside services will be held at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
