Ricky Vickers, age 66, of Salem, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2026. Born March 8, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of Russell and Nancy (Borowski) Vickers.

Ricky is survived by his six children; Russell Vickers, Chris (Megan) Vickers, Ricky Vickers Jr, Sandra, Christina and Nichole Vickers, his three sisters; Debbie Grimsley, Lisa Damiani and Linda Ferns; along with 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Marcia (Kopp) Vickers.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 27, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem, with Tom Fultz officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
