On Friday, October 24, Washington County emergency responders received a dispatch call at 3:40 pm regarding a two-vehicle accident with minor injuries at the intersection of E Daisy Line Rd and Martinsburg Rd. Upon arrival, a Toyota Sienna could be seen smashed into the side of a Ford F-150.

“The white F-150 was traveling west on E Daisy Line Rd through the stop sign, and the van was traveling south on Martinsburg Rd,” said Detective Brad Naugle. “The couple in the van got checked out by EMS for injuries, but there’s nothing life-threatening.”
Thanks to the quick work of our emergency responders, the scene was cleared and traffic returned to normal by 4:44 pm. Responding departments included the Washington County Sheriff’s Department, Washington County EMS, and Wilcox Towing & Trucking.
