Veterans Day Parade on the Horizon

The next parade in Salem is right around the corner as Veterans Day rapidly approaches! This Saturday, November 7, Titan Tint & Graphics will be hosting the 4th Annual Veterans Day Parade.
The parade itself is completely free to enter, and no registration is required. As with every Titan parade, participants are encouraged to simply show up and jump in line. However, you must do so by 2:30 pm to join in on the fun.
The parade will kick off at 3:00 pm in the parking lot of Titan Tint & Graphics, which is located at 805 S Main St, Salem.
“Anyone can enter,” says Titan. “You can walk the parade, ride in it, drive in it, bike, skate, go kart, horses, you name it. The crazier the better for everyone.”
Titan intends to have the parade led by any military members that wish to join, followed by all other civilian floats, and they will follow the established route that the business utilizes in every parade they put on (north on S Main St, circling the Square, and dispersing on Walnut St.
Although free to enter, Titan states donations and banner sponsorships are welcome. They added that all proceeds go to helping local veterans.
“We are very excited to keep this tradition going to honor our nation's military,” they said.
As with each parade they put on, there are prizes to be won by both participants and spectators! First-place trophies will be awarded in the following categories:
