Miller's Mini Barns announces new ownership, name change after arrest of original founder

Miller’s Mini Barns has announced that the company has been sold and will move forward under a new name and leadership, following recent criminal charges filed against the business’s original founder.

"Over the past 25 years, Miller’s Mini Barns has built a strong reputation across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky—serving countless families and businesses with quality storage buildings and outdoor solutions. We are deeply grateful for the many members of the Miller family who invested vision, effort, and dedication into shaping this company into what it has become today.

"We also recognize that trust in the company’s name has been shaken in recent months. For that reason, we want to be absolutely clear: Miller’s Mini Barns has been sold and is now under new ownership. The company is no longer associated in any way with the original founder, and the circumstances of the past are separate from the direction and leadership guiding the business today.

"The decision to move away from the Miller’s name was not an easy one. The brand has earned a sterling reputation, but in order to protect that legacy and build a stronger future, we feel it is necessary to establish a new path forward.

"The business will now operate under Rollin Mini Barns—a trusted shed builder with 25 years of experience—and Stoll Furniture Company, a nearly 50-year-old family business specializing in kitchens, baths, handcrafted American-made furniture, and outdoor living spaces. Together, we are committed not only to preserving the quality and service you have come to expect, but also to raising the standard even higher.

● All locations in Salem, Greenwood, New Albany, and Sellersburg remain open.

● You will continue to see the same product lines and well-known brands.

● All phone numbers will stay the same, so you can continue reaching us just as you always have.

● The Miller’s Mini Barns website will remain active in its current form until a new, more robust website is launched. At the time of the official renaming, the Miller’s site will function as a simple landing page, redirecting you to our new and improved websites.

● We are excited to introduce some new faces to better serve you:

○ Dale at our Greenwood location.

○ Corey at our Sellersburg/Charlestown Road location.
