Local Farm to Highlight Sharing the Road Safely This Harvest Season

SCOTTSBURG, Ind. (August 29, 2025) — With harvest season approaching, one local farm is taking time to highlight ways that cars and tractors can safely share the road during their Touch-A-Tractor Weekend.

Cornucopia Farm is partnering with Washington County SWAG Group (See What Ag Gives) to continue the “Share The Road” campaign. This event is also a great opportunity for kids, and kids at heart, to see what farm equipment looks like up close.

The event will feature a combine, tractor and grain cart, tractor and planter, and additional tractors for visitors to climb onto and explore! Visitors can also complete a scavenger hunt, with prizes, to learn even more ways to Share The Road. We’re all on the road together: let’s make it a safe trip for everyone!

Cornucopia Farm will be open Sept. 12, 10-8pm; Sept. 13, 10-7pm; and Sept. 14, 1-7pm.
